Shipping policy

We will delivery your order(s) through Australia Post, Aramex Couriers or Direct Freight Express.

Once your payment is cleared we will dispatch your order(s) from Melbourne warehouse in next business day.

We will authorize the courier drivers to leave your parcel in safe areas of your premises if no body is home unless you contact us to disagree with "Authorize to leave".

For items over 40kg please follow below instructions:

1. Please provide a business address to receive this item. Make sure you enter both your business name and contact number correctly on check out page.

2. If you leave your home address on the order, we may contact you to pay extra residential delivery fee or cancel your order.

3. A home address with a business name will not be considered as a business address. We may contact you to update your address or cancel your order.
