How do I choose the right workshop equipment?
Compare rated capacity, working dimensions, intended use and what is included. If you are unsure, email us the product name or SKU and describe the vehicle or job before ordering.
Where does AutoSquad deliver?
Eligible orders can be delivered within Australia. Available options and costs are shown at checkout; bulky equipment may require a different freight arrangement. Contact us with your suburb and postcode when you need a delivery check.
Can I collect from the Melbourne warehouse?
Selected orders can be collected from 1/24 Law Court, Sunshine West VIC 3020 after confirmation. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please do not travel to the warehouse until your pickup is confirmed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. Payment must be confirmed before an order is dispatched or released for pickup.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, the product name or SKU, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the information and advise the next step. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
Can I return an item?
Return eligibility depends on the reason, timing and condition of the item. Contact us before sending anything back. For change-of-mind requests, products generally need to be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
